Q: When are you open? Are you open on holidays?

A: AST Inc. hours are located on the bottom left of the main page. The hours for customer service help are Monday through Friday, 10am – 9pm.

Q: Why are some items sometimes out of stock?

A: You will not be able to place that item in shopping cart. If an item is out of stock is because our manufacturers are overloaded with mass orders, for most products they will be back in stock in less that a week.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?

A: Items that are out of stock with carry the button even so the quantity number will be available.

Delivery Information:

Q: When would I get the tracking number of my order?

A: The tracking number will be emailed to you the same day or within 24 hours of purchase.Orders are processed the same business day.  Orders must be placed by 2pm PST or they will go on the next day's business. We do not ship on the weekends and certain major holidays

Q: An item is missing or damaged during my delivery. What should I do?

A: You are covered and we will take care of it, we have a video camera that records the packing process of all items and we will check your order. Please contact us with your order number and the sku # or the title of the missing item at contacting customer service  or call AST Inc. ( 424-385-7555 for questions about your delivery and what to do next.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?

A: AST Inc. uses all delivery service companies including USPS, UPS, FEDEX. We chose the best option for your order. A priority shipment option will be chosen if possible.

Return Policy:

Q: What if my item does not meet the return policy?

A: Any situation that falls outside of the return policy will be handled on a case by case basis.
