Q: When are you open? Are you open on holidays?
A: AST Inc. hours are located on the bottom left of the main page. The hours for customer service help are Monday through Friday, 10am – 9pm.
Q: Why are some items sometimes out of stock?
A: If an item is out of stock then there will be no price for that item and you will not be able to place it in the shopping cart.
Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: You can see the stock availability of a product on the page or by placing the product sku number or title in the SEARCH tab on the main page, located in the top right hand corner.
Q: When would I get the tracking number of my order?
A: The tracking number will be emailed to you the same day or within 24 hours of purchase.
Q: An item is missing or damaged during my delivery. What should I do?
A: Please contact us at contacting customer service or call call AST Inc. (Adultys.com) at (818) 856-9200 for questions about your delivery and what to do next.
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: AST Inc. uses all delivery service companies including USPS, UPS, FEDEX. We chose the best option for your order. A priority shipment option will be chosen if possible.
Q: What if my item does not meet the return policy?
A: Any situation that falls outside of the return policy will be handled on a case by case basis.
